The best of the week...feeling a little scoopy

Several scoops have come our way this week...most we can tell :)

David Wright has taken the job at the Meigs Ave church in Jeffersonville, IN. So that means the Parsons congregation is looking. Parsons is a neat little town. The church there has about 125-150 folks.

Jonathan Jenkins with a cousin scoop: The Conyers congregation east of Atlanta is looking. Bobby Wood has been there probably 15-20 years.  Their attendance runs around 200 or so and in a growing part of town. Bobby has taken a work in north Georgia.

And if we got a cousin surely an uncle’s near by - Dan Jenkins brings this news. The Manhattan Ave. church is seeking a preaching minister. They are a small congregation in south Tampa near MacDill Air Force Base. They do not have elders, but see a great potential for growth and have hopes to appoint elders in the future. They have a large, comfortable building built in 1963.
