Nathan Adams will be starting as the minister at the Cary Church of Christ in NC on September 5th.  He is leaving  the Oldham Lane congregation in Abilene, TX where he was the Involvement Minister.  Our understanding is they will not be filling his role.
Our friend Blaine Kelly who has been at the South Green Street church in Glasoe, KY as their YM has accepted the pulpit work at Morristown, TN. This will leave an opening at SGS.
The Manhattan Avenue church in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a full or part-time pulpit minister to serve the congregation. They are a small congregation in south Tampa near the MacDill AFB. They do not have elders, but they think there is a great potential for growth. They describe themselves as “a Christ-focused family, committed to living for God, loving each other, and lighting the world”. For more information:  www.macofc.org. Or contact: Alan Urda at urda4705@msn.com.
The Borger Church of Christ in Borger, TX will be looking for a pulpit minister soon.  The church has about 200 members.  Borger is a small oil town in the panhandle.
The Adairville congregation in Logan County, KY has hired Hugh Gannon, a houseparent at Potter Children's Home.
The Adams Avenue church in Lebanon has hired Michael Wyatt from Fort Worth, TX area.
These scoops come via Houston Bynum: The Lake Hill's pulpit will be open end of next month.  It is a congregation of about 65 without elders. It is in Chattanooga.

The Ostello congregation in Marshall County will be opening soon.  Preacher there plans to retire & become involved with Sojourners.  Ostello is a rural congregtion of about 90, with elders (not far from Cornersville).

Ryan Daniels who is at Concord Road in Nashville is graduating with a Master's of Counseling degree from David Lipscomb in December.  He says: “My preference is not to be a church "staff" member, but I would not be against working with congregations.  I also thought there might be some members of the church that have private practices or connections to agencies that might could give me some good leads as well.”

The elders at Heritage in Franklin have announced that they are forming a search committee to look for a new preacher. "The elders will chair the committee" and it will start to meet as soon as they fill the committee. Their website is http://www.heritagecoc.org/
