The elders at Acklen Avenue in Nashville have announced they are looking for their next preacher.  Paul Prill have preached there for years and years.  They are a few miles from Lipscomb.  The church has about 100 each Sunday (about 35 of those are children).  It is a "highly educated congregation". Matthew Balentine scoops himself. Terry Gillim gets this scoop.  A good man, Lindell Doty who at one time worked with Terry will be leaving his CURRENT work in Palestine, Arkansas and is getting to retire.  He will be moving to Gainesville, FL.  The church in Palestine will be looking.  You'll have to look up details yourself or contact Lindell as I don't have any more info. lindelldoty@att.net

Congratulations to our friends and neighbors at the Heritage congregation.  They moved into their new building on February 20.  On March 6 they will host our grand opening with two services, 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., followed by an Open House for guests from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. that afternoon. Steve Blackman begins his work with Heritage on that Sunday.  They hope to have good support from brethren in the area.  I hope you'll drop by and encourage the work there.
