A good group of scoops...

As always let me know of any corrections or updates:

1. The biggest news this week is big because it involves my son.  Andrew and his wife Kadee are moving to work with the Woodson Chapel congregation in Middle Tennessee in March. Andrew will be the youth minister there.  He leaves the work in Spanish Fort, Alabama. It has been a good work and hey are leaving on good terms.  If you would like to know more, I'm sure he'd share (andrew.jenkins18@hotmail.com).  Naturally, I'm proud of my sons.

2. Wayne Miller will be moving to Knoxville to work with the West End congregation. That means the Maple Hill work where he has been for 15 years will be open http://www.maplehillchurch.org/

3. The church in Nassau Bahamas is looking for an associate minister.  Contact me if you have any interest (dale@edge.net).

4. Mark Ray is moving to work with the church in Benton, KY. He has been at the Sewell Road church in Jackson, MS.  To learn more http://www.siwellroad.org/

5. Ben Hayes is the new preacher at the Highland Park congregation in Muscle Shoals.  He is moving into that role from the youth minister position. They may be looking for a new youth minister, we'll give you details when we have them -   http://www.highlandparkchurchofchrist.org/

6. 8. The church in Spencer, WI is looking for a pulpit man.   They average 40 in attendance, have elders and deacons and support missionaries.   Interested folks can go to www.spencercoc.com and/or contact Dan Anderson at Dan@dofmfg.comor call him at 715 659 4530.  It's  near Greenbay which would make it excellent for Packers fans.
