Will acquire a class 'B' commercial drivers license, with a 'P' endorsement, and be eligible to drive a vehicle with air brakes **BEFORE** arriving at the Inner City church to serve in this role. Is grounded in the faith, and has a working knowledge of the Bible; is able to teach Bible lessons to youth. 7. Must be a solid man who has integrity and has references that can back that up. 8. Has a passion for serving the Lord and for working with youth. 9. Willing to be trained to work in a high maintenance, ministry rich environment and to learn and work with the inner city culture. 10.
