TN: This is as much FYI as anything. The Vultee church in Nashville has closed.  Church closing are sad. They are nothing new and have been happening for generations. I have a friend from Nashville who has chronicled all the churches there through the years. It is an amazing thing to read the list and watch new ones or revived areas flourish and older or areas that change to be industrial or commercial vanish.  Churches that were, like Vultee, over 1,000 members at one time can even cease to exist.  With Vultee, as with most there were many factors but ultimately the area changed and there was no one living near to replace those who slowly died away.

TN: James Avenue congregation in East Nashville is looking for a preacher.

So, that's what I've got today.
