TN - West Dyersburg congregation has moved Chris Fry to the pulpit position from Family Life Minister.

AL - We mentioned the Ozark church in "the great state" a while back but were asked to let you know again that they are looking for a preacher. http://www.ozarkchurchofchrist.com/ - ***UPDATE: Damien Barber, will be the Youth Minister at the Mt. Dora church of Christ in Mt. Dora, FL. He was the preacher at Ozark. The Ozark congregation has hired Todd Stork.
TN - Scoop Blog co-dreamer, Andy Connelly sends out this info. "We are looking for a part-time youth minister at the Center Chapel Church of Christ in Mt. Juliet. We are a congregation of somewhere between 275-300 on Sundays, with 6 elders and about 15 or so deacons. Our youth minister, Tristan Wheeler, announced his resignation Sunday. He leaves on great terms. Our elders are great to work with in terms of supporting their ministry staff, as is the congregation. As many of you know, Mt. Juliet is a growing area and will provide a great community from which to draw as well as a nice place for a young couple to live. MS/TN - Chris Lockhart scoops himself. He will be the interim minister for the McComb church in Mississippi. As a result the Farmington congregation is looking for a new preacher. The elders are Valton Crabtree 931-359-3601 and Eugene Clark 931-359-2075.
VA - The Southwest Church of Christ in Midlothian, Virginia has filled their pulpit position.
NC/TX - Chad Martin scoops himself! He is moving to take the work at the Lake Norman in NC. That means the work at Porter Church of Christ in Porter TX (north of Houston) is open. If you are interested you can contact the elders at elders@portercofc.org.
TN/LA - REPOST: The Oneida church in Scott Co. TN. Is looking. They are a church of about 120 people. Oneida is one of only two congregations in their county in East TN on the Cumberland Plateau. They do not have elders right now. Michael Foreshea left in April preach in Baton Rouge, LA. The congrgation is 100 years old. They want an experienced preacher. He will be responsible for teaching, evangelizing, preaching, visiting and working with the congregation. Salary is negotiable. "Other job requirements: Good speaking and communication skills, willing to work with oversight committee until eldership can be re-established, and willingness to be active in the community representing the church and seeking to save souls."
