Our prayer for you...

Almighty God:

Tonight we pray for Your ministers. As they stand before Your people tomorrow, as they present Your Word for both Your children and those You desire may they do so with confidence. May they readily remember the lessons they have prepared as they have studied Your Word. Make them better for Your purposes, use their every skill to Your glory. May their faith be strong and may that be evident in their teaching and preaching. May any hurts in their heart be pushed aside for the good of Your work. May they present Your truth in love. Aid them as You will in being the best they can be. Help them to remember that what they do is not about them but about You. Help them to remember that You love them, are with them, and will care for them. And when the day is done, may they feel fulfilled in the simple and faithful proclamation of Your Son, Your Truth and Your Love.
