A Prayer for Your Guys

Father:

As Your men stand before Your people tomorrow and strive to faithfully present Your Words, it is our prayer that as they carefully and caringly craft the message, as the loyally and loving lay out Your letter of law and love, that they will remember that You are on their side. That You are pro-preachers. That as they succeed and struggle, as the flourish and flounder, as they deal with delights and difficulties that they will remember that You’ve had a Son who preached and understand and care. And may they soar in that knowledge. May their plus quicken at the thrill of dealing with the Eternal but may their blood pressure be level as they rest in the knowledge of Your peace and presence.
