O to be like Thee

Father;

Many of us have done the work for this week, some of us will continue to complete that work over the hours to come. The study, the research, the language work, the truth to the Word and Your Will stuff. We will do the work of applying the text, we’ll do the work on our presentation, outlines, slide-decks. I ask that You bless each of those processes for these Your men. But Father, help us not to get so wrapped up in a presentation that we forget to exhibit Your Spirit in the lessons. Help these Your men both in word and in attitude to remember we represent a loving God who wants all to be saved. Help these Your men to remember the Mission of bringing souls closer to You. Help us to check our hearts against bitterness, against littleness, against timidity, against negativism, against fear, against mean-spiritedness, or vindictiveness. Help us to measure our words by Your Words. Bless these Your good and humble servants in this endeavor.
