Better Than We Deserve

Dear Loving Father,

You are always better to us than we deserve. You give us greater strength when we are weak. You love us when we don’t deserve to be loved. You allow us to preach Your Word in spite of our inconsistencies. You constantly forgive us when we fail You. Thank You, dear God, for Your goodness and grace toward us. Thank You for Your kindness to us. Thank You for the opportunity to proclaim Your Will, Your Word, and Your Way. Father, we pray that all of us who stand to preach on Sunday will do so with hearts that are thankful and hearts that are on fire. May we honor You and glorify You in our study, our proclamation, and our lives. Through Jesus, our Loving Savior we pray, Amen!!
