Our Dear Heavenly Father, Today all around the world You people will gather to hear Your Word proclaimed by Your servants. Many of these people will feel wounded, sorrowful, hurting, lonely, and wondering where they stand with You. God, we pray that all of Your servants will preach the life-giving, life-changing Word in a way that will bring comfort, conviction, and clarity. Help those of us who preach to genuinely love those who will hear us. May we be a blessing and a light. Help us to love You, Your Word, and Your people, with all of our hearts.
