A Prayer In a Difficult Land

God,

We find ourselves in a land that is not where we wish to be. We are looking for a new City, a Heavenly City. We have dwelt here for a long time, but it seems the walls are crumbling, the ground is unsure. The rapidity with which the land we dwell in is changing has escalated and Your people find themselves in a place that is counter Christianity. Father, we trust You, and Your timing and know You have not returned because You are longsuffering, You are wanting more to turn to You. So, let us be light while we are here. Help us to find peace in Your promises. And, Father, we thank You for and ask that You bless all of those who preach.
