We are thankful for the opportunity to herald the Good News in a world that is broken, bruised, and battered. We are thankful that in Your infinite wisdom, You chose that this Good News would be delivered to humanity through those of us who are weak and often broken ourselves. We are thankful that in spite of our brokenness, Your Word shines through. Not just in our lives but in the very words that we speak.
Dear God, please bless Your men as we stand before Your people on Sunday. Please calm their souls and give them hearts that are on fire for You. Help us to speak of Your majesty, Your mercy, and Your magnificence. Help us to allow Jesus to be seen and heard prominently through what we say as well as through how we say it. Dear Father, thank You for loving us enough to bless us with opportunities to proclaim Your Good News. In the Name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
