TN: David Baker is moving to work with the Cornerstone church in Florence, AL. That means the Saltillo Church will be looking. I have no contact info for them.

TX:  The Alliance church has hired Regan Walters as pulpit minister. He had been at Rockwall and Brin in Terrell, TX. 

KY: The Glendale Road church is searching to fill the following minister positions: YOUTH/FAMILY MINISTER and COLLEGE/ASSOCIATE MINISTER. They prefer each candidate to have previous experience in church ministry and “possess the creativity and vision to inspire and equip our congregation to love and live in a deeper spiritual walk with God.” Each minister will be expected to teach in a class setting as well as occasionally preach. KY: John Williams pulls the ole self-scoop and let us know that he will be working with the Mt. Pleasant Church in Bowling Green as their Associate Minister.

TN: John Nichols is leaving Jefferson Avenue in Cookeville to be associate at Netherland in Rickman and COO of Short Mountain Bible Camp. 

LA: The New Iberia Church of Christ is searching for a full-time minister to serve our congregation in south-central Louisiana.  They are a church of about 85-100 in attendance. They want to reach out to their community more.  It is a diverse congregation terms of age, gender, and race. They do not have elders. You can learn more about them at www.nicoc.net. Previous sermons can be found online at www.video-sermon.org.  They fund a television program that features Sunday morning sermons from New Iberia. They say specifically: “Our expectations for the position is to hire a man that is scholarly in Bible study and spiritual in living and teaching God’s Word.”  QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  A B.A. or B.S. degree in Bible from an accredited University associated with the church of Christ or a certificate of completion from a School of Preaching associated with the church of Christ.  Knowledge of biblical languages would be desired. GA: Bryan Collins of the Central church in Dalton Georgia has resigned to go work at the Huntsville satellite campus of Faulkner. This means that Central is open. They are a church of about 400. Learn more about them at: http://ccocdalton.org/

TN: The Allisona church is looking for a song leader who will also work with the young people part time. Contact John Miller jmiller@afo.net

AL: Kyle Butt has been named the General Manager of Lambert Book House.  He continues his work with Apologetics Press.  

TN: The Greenback Church of Christ has hired Jonathan Wheeler effective October 2.  

HI: The Honolulu Church of Christ is prayerfully seeking a minister/evangelist for a congregation with an average Sunday attendance of about 85 diverse ethnic members and visitors. They currently have no elders. They are seeking to build the local congregation as well as reach out into the community by sharing God's Word with the lost and implementing programs that benefit the church and the community. “Applicant should be a mature energetic, outgoing, family-oriented and spiritually sound man with an ability to relate to all age groups and across multi-cultural backgrounds.
