SEVERAL SPRINKLES, free stuff and seeking help
OK, so here are a few different items for SPRINKLES before Scoops go out later this week.
This one is rather urgent and surely there’s a church out there that will want to jump in and help. This came to us via Adam Richardson who is the preacher at Petersville in the Florence area: “I've got a former Baptist pastor that runs an orphanage who was converted to the church about 6 years ago in Haiti. Logan and I were part of the group that went there to help teach them (Chris Presnell was with us). Petersville is the only church supporting them in any way, and we can only feed the 24 orphans he cares for. He's got 4 members of the church who work for the orphanage, but he hasn't paid them in 8 months. He keeps asking if we can help get their back pay, and I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help. It's a total of 4 workers and 9 months - he needs $2500 to completely cover what they have worked. I think at this point he would like to give them anything at all. Want to know more? Our friend who was the last preacher at Bridge Street in Murfreesboro, TN let us know that the building there has been sold and they want to give all the furniture away.
