Description: The elders of the College Church of Christ are seeking applications for the position of Assistant Youth Minister for females in the youth group to facilitate opportunities for young ladies to strengthen relationships with each other and with God. The Assistant Youth Minister for females will work within the vision and mission of the College church, under the direction of the Elders, and be under the direct supervision of the Lead Youth Minister. She is expected to focus her attention and invest her time in the well-being of female youth in grades 7-12 and to provide the guidance necessary to achieve best results from the youth and family program. Specifically, she will be accountable to the Family Ministry Elders and will be teaching as needed, responsible for planning and coordinating activities, and functions in which female youth in grades 7-12 participate. Her life must be a model that demonstrates she is a faithful Christian. She must set a proper example of Christian behavior which glorifies God at all times. Preference will be given to those candidates holding a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Ministry.
