Description: Brush Creek’s current minister is departing on good terms and is assisting in the transition. This congregation is a small rural congregation of approximately 35 people but is a “young” congregation in terms of average age of the members including a number of children. They have a desire, and potential, for growth in their rural setting. The congregation is about 30 minutes east of Mt. Juliet and 30 minutes west of Cookeville. The preaching candidate would likely need to be “bi-vocational”. A minister with a family would be ideal to help with the children’s Bible classes but is not a requirement.
