About: The Birdwell's Chapel Church of Christ is located in a small town/rural setting about 30 minutes north of Nashville. They are active and growing, and are looking for a spiritually healthy, mature man to help guide and influence the young people to stronger faith and spiritual maturity, working along side their parents, the congregation, and the elders in doing so.

Job Description: They are looking for someone who is passionate about serving the Lord, and wants to do so by being an inspiration and encouragement to young people. College degree in youth ministry NOT required! Responsibilities include: schedule and organize devotionals, occasional activities, and annual events like L2L, CYC, and church camp, utilizing parents and members of the congregation to assist. Teach one or possibly two quarters a year (not full time!). Office hours are not required. Salary is negotiable based on experience and education.
