Description: Summit is currently served by 3 Elders and 9 Deacons and employs an Associate Minister, a part-time Children’s Education Director, and an Administrative Assistant. The congregation currently supports 5 mission works.

Job Expectations: Specific duties include Preach on Sunday mornings. Participate in the regular rotation of teaching adult and teen bible classes on Sunday & Wednesday, writing articles for the bulletin, and delivering Wednesday night devotionals. Facilitate a weekly bible study and fellowship group. Be evangelistically minded and assist in conducting bible studies and outreach programs. Work as a collaborative team member with Elders, Deacons and other staff members. Help assess education and development needs and plan, secure, or develop course material to address needs. Assist in finding speakers for gospel meetings, seminars, workshops, etc. Attend ministry conferences/lectureships/trainings 2 times per year. Hold regular office hours.
