Description: East Main is a loving, biblically sound, and very active congregation. There are five elders and sixteen deacons, as well as a pulpit minister, associate minister, and college/missions minister on staff. The applicant must have experience as a family and youth minister and be sound in doctrine. Responsibilities include organization and promotion of family activities, teaching and discipling youth, and creating a culture where parents are involved in all aspects of youth ministry.
