Introducing a New Tool
Gary Bradley, SR said at BETTER: TEXAS “Don’t quit on a Monday.” I’ve often only half-jokingly said: “Any preacher in our brotherhood can be hired by anyone on the right Monday.”
Sunday’s can be hard - you pour so much of your heart and of your soul into that day. Your Saturday was spent praying and prep’ing, revising and reminding. And then on Sunday you welcomed and wound up. You preached and pleaded. You put forth God’s plan with all of you passion. And some slept and others spewed and still others scolded you. So for that and other reasons Monday’s can be especially challenging sometimes for preachers.
Today TJI launches a new and hopefully encouraging effort. “4 youR Monday” or “4RMonday” will seek to Renew, Refresh, Reboot, Reset - to give you a positive boost going into the new week. To remind us of our blessings, our mission and the love of our Messiah. It's really simple, each Monday 300 words to reset our thinking to give us heart to encourage us in the work we are in. You can read past 4R Monday posts or RSS it at here.
We hope you'll repost, RSS and share this with others. If you know preachers who do not get TJI updates please send us their email addresses so we can add them.
