Shared Mission

In our efforts to encourage preachers and discuss the work of the Lord in our country, as well as in other parts of the world, it is clear that we have much in common.

Even though we live in different cultures, and there are differences in lifestyles, job situations, family environments, etc. we are all working among people who have some things in common.

Wherever we live and work for the Lord in this world, every person with whom we work has a deep need for Jesus in their life. Every preacher in the world has a shared mission. Our goal is to bring Jesus and His Good News to people who are living without Him.

We also share some common goals in our ministry. We are all concerned about making sure that we don’t neglect our families in our commitment to work for the Lord.

All of us want to dedicate the proper amount of time to our preparation of messages, and our ministering to the needs of those we serve.

Every preacher reading this article, wherever we are in the world, feels the weight of what God has entrusted to us.

We understand that our King has given two very sacred trusts to each of us. He has placed the feeding of His sheep into our hands. We share the joys and challenges of helping make sure that His sheep are properly fed.

As well, He has entrusted us with His Holy Word. Our calling is to preach the Truth. It is to preach the entire counsel of God and to make certain that our preaching is motivated by a heart filled with love.

May it bring comfort to our hearts, and a great sense of brotherhood to know that we are bound together by the love of Jesus and a shared mission with every other Gospel preacher around the world!
