A Prayer for God's Guys

Father:  

We feel uniquely blessed to know and love so many of these Your ministers. They strive to be selfless, loving, sensitive to the hurts of others, faithful, and deeply committed to Your People. As they stand tomorrow to preach and teach Your glorious Gospel may they push frustrations, the carnal desire to win minor skirmishes, anger over slights, confusion where it might exist, hurts that haunt their mind, or haunts from past experiences that hold them from being themselves, to the recesses of their minds and may they remember to love even if they do not feel loved, to teach grace for sin, to demonstrate godliness in difficulties, and to be optimistic knowing we are victorious.

And may they remember that they are loved by many more than those who might express it clearly but most of all by You - and may that be enough. Thank You for blessing these our friends.
