It is a tremendous blessing for Your people to have the opportunity to approach Your Throne. We pray that we will never take this gracious gift lightly. Our prayer today for the men who will stand before the Church tomorrow is that each one of us will remember that we are speaking for You. Please help us in our efforts to glorify You with all that we have.
We pray that our worship will glorify You, that our study will glorify You, that our preaching will glorify You, and that our lives will glorify You. We pray that we will never glory in our ability, our knowledge, our wisdom, and our strength. Please help us to see that You receive the glory, honor, and praise that is rightfully Yours. Please help those of us who preach to lead everyone who worships to Your Throne so that together we might all glorify You.
