Father:

We are but flesh. Our minds and moods are often subject to being changed by emotions, news, and external sources. Unemployment numbers, new variants, politics, economic matters fill our newsfeed and cloudy our vision. We confess with Isaiah that we are undone. As these, your men anticipate another Sunday, may their hearts rest in the knowledge that Your Throne and Power are above all, that You dwell everywhere, and Your presence is greater than our problems. May their focus be on You more than those outside sources. And may we go confident in that to the pulpit to lovingly and joyfully speak Your eternal truth. Thank You forever remembering that we are but dust and for Your love and patience in that. And, we thank You for these servants. May this day be a grand one for them in Your Kingdom.
