Loving Him More

Dear Father in Heaven,

We pray that every man who is blessed to preach Your Word on Sunday will love You more. Help us to love You more than we love ourselves. May we all love You more, not just because of all that You do for us, may we love you more because of who You are. Dear God, we are thankful that You teach us every day what true love is.

Father, help us not just to speak of love or to only sing about Your love. May Your preachers show Your love to everyone we come in contact with, and may we share Your love with those who hear the words we will speak. Please help Your men to love You because You first loved us. In the Name of the One who is the meaning of love, we pray, Amen.
