Some of Your men will stand before Your people tomorrow with heavy hearts; hearts weighed down, with concerns, cares, and crises. Some of them will stand to preach Your wonderful Word with broken hearts; hearts broken by loss and by life. Dear God, some of Your men are angry, hurt, and confused. We know that this isn’t the way You want us to stand to preach, but we trust that You understand that at times life can be overwhelming for us mortals.
We praise You and glorify You, because we believe that we are not what we should be and when we don’t have as much in our tanks that You promise to give us ALL OF YOU! Thank you for not giving up on us. Thank You for being all in for us. Thank You for mercy, forgiveness, and grace. Thank You for giving us a Helper and an Advocate. This is why we will do our best for You each time we preach Your Word. In the Powerful, Mighty Name of Jesus we Pray, Amen.
