We Need Thee Every Hour

Dear Father in Heaven,

There are times in our lives when we are more acutely aware of our need for You. We need Thee every hour, most gracious Lord, because we know that no other tender voice like Yours can peace afford. Father, we pray that You will stand by Your servants as they proclaim Your powerful Word. We also realize, Dear God, that some of the men who have dedicated their lives to preaching Your Word will do so on Sunday in pain. Please comfort them and provide them with the strength they need to do what they feel called to do for You. Father, we pray that they will feel Your presence and know that many of Your rich promises are fulfilled in them.
