A Prayer for Focus

God,

Thank You for these, Your men, whose mission is to deliver Your message with care, clarity, and conviction. Keep them from agendas that are driven by anything more than Your Word, Your Work, and Your Son. Help them to stay on the Message and not be triggered to delve into those issues that might be motivated by non-moral politics, by disputations over personal disagreements or matters of opinion. Keep them from bitterness, and from taking their hurt to the pulpit. May they so fill their minds with Your love, Your mercies, Your grace, and Your truth that they simply become Your Ambassadors. Bless them and may they know they are loved.
