Prayer For Preachers Everywhere

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank you for men who choose to proclaim Your Word around the world. Today, we pray specifically for Your men who are preaching in difficult places. Some of them feel isolated and alone. May these men know that they are not alone. May they feel a sense of Your Divine Presence. Some of Your men will preach on Sunday under difficult circumstances. They may be concerned about their health or the health of someone dear to them. They may have lost someone they love in recent days. Some of them may be concerned about their job, their future, and their current work. May these men feel a sense of peace that passes understanding. Father, some of Your men may be living with guilt from past sins. May they feel a sense of Your forgiveness. Dear God, please bless all of Your men who will proclaim Your Word on Sunday. May they preach with the knowledge that You are near, that you provide peace, and that you offer forgiveness.
