Dear Loving Father, We thank You for the men who have committed their lives to preaching Your Word and ministering to Your people. We come before Your throne at this time specifically on behalf of their families. We pray for their wives who encourage them, support them, counsel them, and love them. We thank you for the commitment and sacrifices that the wives of these men make every day. We pray that You would strengthen them, comfort them, bring peace into their lives, and give them the knowledge that what they do is crucial to the Kingdom. We know that there are times when they feel alone and isolated. We pray that these godly women will know that You are pleased with their work and that they will know that they are not alone.
We pray also for the children of preachers around the world. We pray that they will know that their parents love them. We pray that their dads will take time to show them love and acceptance, even as they go about the work they are doing for You. We know that they also make sacrifices so that their dad can accomplish his work for You. Father, bless the families of Your preachers in a special way. May they be supported, encouraged, accepted, and loved by Your people. In Jesus Name we Pray, Amen.
