Most wonderful time of the year

Father:

As we enter into that time of year that many laude as the most wonderful time of the year, we are aware that our work loads increase, that our responsibilities are often doubled. We are aware that those who struggle with personal anxieties have added layers of concern. Some are nervous about their jobs going out of and into a new year, others about their finances, and still others about their families. Father, may we ask for an added measure of peace in their souls. May they be reassured of Your love, Your presence, and Your interest in them. May they feel that You are near to their hurts, sorrows, as well as their joys and anticipations. Thank You for this. May they remember that they can and should reach out and UP.
