Dear Loving Father, during this season of Thanksgiving, we want to express our deepest gratitude to You for Your lovingkindness toward us. Thank You for allowing those of us who preach Your Word to be a part of the administration of Your Will. May we never take for granted the awesome task that You have blessed us with.
Father, we thank You that there are people who love Your Word and who desire that we preach Your truth in love. We thank You for the confidence that Your people have in the power of Your Word. We thank You for the encouragement that they give us when we proclaim Your Word.
We thank You for the men around the world who will stand before Your people on Sunday with a message from You. May these men know that they are loved not just by Your people but more importantly that they are loved by the One who died for us. Thank You, dear God, for their passion, their hearts, and their voice. May You bless us all in everything that we do as we gather during this season of Thanksgiving.
