Father:

Remind these men that You love them. Remind them of Your grace in their lives. Remind them of the good in the places they work. Remind them of all the good reasons they decided to devote their lives to Your work. Remind them of that it is Good News we preach. Remind them that Your Word has the Power to change lives. Remind them that You are for them as they live for You. Remind them that they hope, their strength, their authority, and their faith is from, in, and of You.
