Thank You, Father

Father:

Thank You for these vessels of light in a dark world. Thank You for these Gibraltars in a world gone soft. Thank You for these shoulders strong for the tears of others. Thank You for these voices, clear in a culture of confusion. Thank You for these hearts large with Your love. Thank You for these who provide a city of refuge for any who would run to You. Thank You for these warriors who face evil eye-to-eye and refuse to stand down. Thank You for these fellow-strugglers who strive to overcome their own sin as the lead others to Your Light. Thank You for these givers. Father, thank You for standing with them, for never deserting them, for being with them. May they each be reassured that whatever they face tomorrow will not be faced alone. Father, thank You for Your men, may they be blessed and find increasing joy.
