Word came yesterday that brother Flavil Nichols has died. That leaves only his brother Hardeman as the last of the preaching Nichols family. The influence of this good family has been vast. Brother Flavil was, like his dad, a gentle spirit who loved the Lord, His Word, and His People.

We love and respect our dear friend James Wyers. He has spent a lifetime preaching God's Word in Winfield, AL and retired last Sunday. His preaching ministry spans 50 years. This Saturday Heritage Christian University will honor him with an Honorary Doctorate at their annual graduation. It begin at 11:00 AM in the university auditorium.
