CO: The Woodland Park congregation is looking for a preacher. The previous preacher has retired. Their attendance is about 25-30 during the winter and 45 during the summer. They have a preacher's house that includes utilities. They are able to provide a salary, but understand that it may need to be supplemented. TN: Paul Darety is the new preacher at River Road in Bellevue. 

TX: The Oldham Lane church in Abilene is looking to fill a new role for them, that of University Minister. As a new position the individual will have the opportunity to build the University Ministry from the ground up. The goal for the University Minister would be to make and grow disciples among college students. Some of what they want in this candidate: First and foremost, someone who has a passion for working with emerging adults.• Experience in a college setting (Coursework and/or Involvement) • Track record of strong spiritual growth and local church involvement • Experience working with emerging adults • A love for God’s word coupled with a strong working knowledge of the scriptures • Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry or related field • Previous ministry experience. And here are some of the DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES they include: • Plan & coordinate high quality and biblical sound Bible classes on Sundays & Wednesdays with content relevant to the college demographic • Teach Bible classes on a regular basis • Maintain a presence on the campus(es) • Lead a weekly chapel on campus and be engaged in other campus initiatives • Plan & implement a calendar of events & activities for college students • Help integrate college students into the congregation • Help the congregation be mindful of college ministry & assimilate college students • Be accessible & available to elders, staff, deacons, members & the public • Participate in meetings with elders, staff & deacons • Preach occasionally on rotation with other ministers. OH: The Mentor church near Cleveland is seeking a full-time minister for a congregation of with a Sunday morning attendance approximately 100. The congregation has five elders and six deacons. OK: The Valliant Church of Christ, in Southeast Oklahoma is looking for a full-time minister. They want a man who will motivate and inspire the congregation. They have doubled in number recently and are excited in reaching the lost and encouraging the saints, and future growth. The chosen candidate will be responsible for coming up with activities for the youth. AL: TWO SCOOPS IN ONE. The self-scoop to Josh Pierce (joshpierce79@gmail.com), who is moving to work with the East Main church in Murfreesboro. That will leave Lineville Church of Christ in need of a minister. They are currently looking for two ministers. A part time pulpit minister and a full time Outreach minister. They are a church of about 35 members.
Part Time Pulpit Minister: His responsibilities include “30-minute Bible study from 9:30-10 A.M. 45-minute Bible Class from 10-10:45 A.M. Sermon for worship 11-12 A.M. Teach Bible Class and give devotional for Wednesday night Bible Study 6:30-7:30 P.M.”

Full Time Outreach Minister: “The outreach minister will be responsible for: heading up our local evangelism efforts, visiting and encouraging members of all ages, 1-2 Minute weekly radio spot, setting up and conducting home Bible studies, facilitating the growth of our church numerically and spiritually, involving himself in our community and schools as an ambassador to the community. We are looking for a married man with proven past history of success in church growth who can effectively reach the lost. All ages will be considered, but a man with school-age children would be a definite plus.
