We are living in unprecedented times for us. The table seems to be changing pretty much every day. We are wondering what are you and your respective elders and congregations doing during this trying time. With all the new restrictions every day, how are congregations getting the Word out, if at all? What ways are you serving your communities? How are you coming together? TN: The Pleasant View Church of Christ in Bradford is looking for a full-time pulpit preacher. Interim part-time duties and responsibilities will also be considered based on the candidate’s needs and requirements.  The part-time option also allows the candidate to be employed outside while still supporting this role. Southside is 75 miles from Washington DC and averages around 80-90 in weekly attendance, including a Spanish-speaking congregation. They have 2 elders and 5 deacons. There is a very active senior group as well as a growing elementary age and teen group. The church has an annual VBS, and they participate in Leadership Training for Christ. They “seek a dynamic and engaging public speaker well-equipped to preach, teach, evangelize, and facilitate discipleship.” They are wanting to be more involved with their community.”It is imperative that we find someone who is able to build relationships across a broad spectrum.” Requirements include: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent degree from a preaching school.
