TN: The Church Street congregation in Lewisburg is looking for a Family Minister. His most valued work will be visiting (new members, the sick, and follow-up work), radio work and YouTube content, pulpit backup, Bible Class Teacher, and personal evangelism. TN: The Collegeside Church in Cookeville is actively seeking a full-time Children’s Minister. They are on the campus of Tennessee Tech University. Collegeside is a congregation made up of around 700 members, with approximately 100 kids from birth-6th grade. They are looking for someone who has a passion for working with children, is an effective communicator who can teach, plan, organize, and lead a ministry for children birth - 6th grade. MO: The Church of Christ in West Plains is searching for an associate minister to help preach, teach and help the congregation to grow. He will record radio program spots, write articles, work with the current minister. They want a “man of the Book” who is skilled in evangelism. TN: The Winchester Church is seeking a full-time Youth & Family Minister. Winchester is a congregation of around 350 members, served by six elders, twelve deacons, and a preaching minister. The current youth minister is transitioning to full-time Christian counseling which is being hosted at the facility. Working as the Youth & Family Minister also affords the opportunity of working with an adjacent Christian school, Winchester Christian Academy. TX: The Burleson church is seeking a full-time High School Youth Minister. Burleson is a congregation of 1100, with a high school group of around 60 students. His main area of focus is the high school students of in the Family there. His responsibilities shall generally include the recruitment, training, and oversight of volunteers, and equipping deacons in an effort to build a team of spiritual support and wise counsel in the students’ lives. TN: This week’s self-scoop to Darrell Blankenship. He has announced his retirement from full-time pulpit responsibilities at the Green Hill congregation in Mount Juliet. He will still live in Mount Juliet and will be available for fill-ins, meetings, etc. The Green Hill congregation will be looking for full-time person.  Pre-Covid attendance was around 120. Attendance is now averaging around 90. AL: The Cedar Grove church in Andalusia, with an average attendance of 120, is looking for a minister. It is preferred that he have a Bible degree and some experience. He will work with three elders and six deacons. The Cedar Grove congregation is over 100 years old and still very active. The city of 9,000 has a reputation of having excellent schools. NC: The Wilkesboro church is looking for a new full-time minister. FL: The Pace Church of Christ is looking for a full-time or part-time youth/involvement minister. Duties include working with deacons in youth, education, and benevolence (weekly pantry). Additional responsibilities include visiting members with the current minister, preparing weekly PowerPoint slides for use during worship, and updating social media sites. The goal is for him to help members find a place to serve in these and other ministry areas. They would prefer someone who is married, has ministry experience, has a Bible or ministry degree, and who could preach and lead singing occasionally. They would also consider someone with a missions emphasis but whose major was not in the Bible department. Someone with skill in PowerPoint, websites, social media, and videos is preferred but not required. The congregation averaged 125 on Sunday mornings (pre-Covid).
