TN: The Clearview Church of Christ in Lyles is seeking a pulpit minister to preach Sunday morning and Sunday night each week. The minister will also teach a Sunday morning and Wednesday night Bible class. They average about 80-100 for Sunday morning services. Speaking the truth in love from God’s Word is the primary goal, while also promoting the Gospel in our community and encouraging members. The desired candidate must be relatable to all ages especially to younger families. They have two elders. They would prefer to hire someone part-time, but a full-time opportunity would be considered if the budget allows. The congregation also owns a small house next to the building with two bedrooms and one bath, which could be used as partial compensation. They are located in Lyles on Highway 100, 10 miles south of Dickson. OH: The Marlboro church in Louisville is in search of a full-time pulpit minister. They are a 60-70 member congregation with two elders and one deacon. Louisville is located just East of Canton. TN: Our first self-scoop this week goes to Josh Ketchum. He has started preaching at the Beacon Church of Christ outside of Parsons while continuing to teach at FHU.  Jonathan England their minister for the last 7 years has returned to Bush’s Chapel church in Gallatin where he had been before working with Beacon.


FL: The Burlington Santa Fe church in Branford is looking for a full-time minister. They are a rural congregation with an average attendance of about 110. They have an active youth group that participates in the Lads to Leaders program. They have 3 elders and 5 deacons. They want a biblical solid preach and would prefer that he have an education from a school associated with churches of Christ. Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, and visitation. Office hours, personal study, and miscellaneous duties are flexible. They also have a new brick house that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms for the minister's family to live in. Interested? KY: Jerry Brown served as the preacher for the Mt. Zion church in London for 60 years. They are now looking for their next long-term preacher. Mt. Zion is a church of roughly 150 members, post-covid. They would like a man 30-45. He must be a people person. “He must have a strong wife who can teach and hopefully have children. Able to work with young people. FL: The church in St. Augustine FL is looking for a minister who dedicates significant time to the deep study of God’s word and then uses their trained ability to effectively explain and convey the meanings of scripture. TN/MS: Scoop to Dustin Semore. Dustin’s dad, Garvis Semore, is returning to White Bluff to work with the Chapel Hill congregation. This will be his second time working with the Chapel Hill church, he worked there from 1988-1992. This means that the Madison, MS church will be looking for a minister.
