TN: Leoma church in southern middle Tennessee, is actively searching for a family minister to join her ministry staff consisting of one full-time minister and secretary. The congregation at Leoma has an average attendance of 250-275 and is currently led by four elders and ten deacons. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated man who is willing to work with all ages of the congregation with an emphasis on young adults and young families. He will work directly with deacons assigned to each area of ministry, summer interns, assist in teaching Bible classes of various ages, competently substitute preach when needed, and other duties as required. Lately, we have become involved with the local schools and begun a Wednesday Community Meal which has brought in visitors, local travel ball teams, and other groups within the community into our facilities. Being located near Eielson Air Force Base, they desire a minister with military experience or veteran who understands and knows how to reach and work with Active Duty and ANG military members and their and their families. AFB Eielson AFB brings approximately 8,000 souls to the local area. They own a three bedroom/two bath home adjacent to the building and  provide all utilities.
