Be Strong and Courageous

Dear Father in Heaven,

Like Joshua long ago, we stand on the brink of a new journey. As we consider a New Year, we pray that we will take to heart the words spoken to Your man so many years ago. May Your men around the world who will preach on Sunday know that this promise is applicable to their lives as well.

We confess that we cannot be strong and courageous without You. We know that if we desire to overcome the challenges before us, we must depend on You. May Your men who preach, be strong and courageous, knowing that You will be with us regardless of what is going on in our world or in our lives.

In the Strong and Courageous Name of Jesus, we Pray, Amen
