Looking up

Father of ages past and future:

Our faith looks up: Not down with troubled heart, but Up to the One who has shown us the way. Not behind with burdened baggage, but Up to the One who was with all of those of the past. Not beside us to the voices of theory and confusion, but Up to the One who sees over all and oversees all. Not within with wavering hearts, but Up to the One who reads all hearts. We ask that You keep the hearts of these Your servants centered in Thee. May they ever rest in the assurance of Your presence and Your unwavering care. Whatever the anxiety of their heart, may they find peace for it in You. May they go forward in faith knowing You are already there!
