AL: Josh Posey is going to Lineville, AL to be their preacher. Josh is just finishing his work at Faulkner. For those who want to know he is the grandson of Glenn (one of my mentors, dj) and son of Mark who preaches at Austinville in Decatur.

GA: Wesley Hazel has accepted the pulpit minister position for the Forrest Park congregation in Valdosta GA.
GA: The Piedmont Road church in the Atlanta area is in the beginning stages of searching for a new Youth and Family/Involvement Minister. TN: Alex Courington has accepted the Youth Minister role at the Winchester, TN church. This means Saltillo, TN is open in that area.
TN: The Smyrna congregation is looking for a pulpit man. They are a church of about 650 in middle Tennessee. Their former preacher Tim Lavender preached there over 30 years. http://www.smyrnachurchofchrist.org/
AL: The Central congregation in Fayette is looking for a preacher. Contact: Jerry Hayes: 205 932-9067. Their attendance runs about 100 and they have no elders currently
AL/GA: Michael Farris is leaving South Haleyville and moving to Oak Hill in Rome GA. They have a FaceBook page.
KY: The Holly Hill Church in Frankfort, KY is looking for an Associate Minister. The job will primarily be focused on working with the youth and their families. It will also include some preaching, teaching, visiting, curriculum writing, etc. The attendance is about 200 on Sunday morning. Please resumes to bryan@hollyhillcoc.org.
TN: Crieve Hall announced Sunday that Tim Frizzell is moving to the role of Family Minister. Aaron, his son-in-law is going to be the new Youth Minister there.
TN: The Sharps Corner church near Columbia is looking for a preacher. It is an older church of about 30 members. They are looking for a full-time preacher but would consider part time with at least two Sundays a month. It might be a great place for a semi retired man or a young man to get his start. IN: Scoop to Philip Goad. The Washington Ave congregation in Evansville, IN., is going to plant a congregation in the Cincinnati area and will be heavily involved with sending people over to support the effort. KY: The Glendale Road church is looking for a Youth & Family Minister. www.glendaleroadchurch.org. Their attendance is about 700 with 7 Elders. 30 Deacons. They are looking for a man who is married, with some experience in youth ministry, and who has the creativity and vision to inspire and equip their teens, young adults and families to love and live in a deeper walk with Jesus.
