PA: The Valley Road Church in Warrington is looking for a new preacher. Their present preacher Gene Fredette is moving to work with the church in Dunbar, WV. They need a new preacher ASAP. Contact Gene for details, pvt4jc@hotmail.com.

TN: Will Harrison will be moving to work with the Crieve Hall church in Nashville as their new youth minister. He has been serving with Philip Jenkins in their internship program.

AL: The Blackwater Macedonia Church of Christ near Jasper is searching for a full time minister. If interested please contact James Aldridge at jaldridg@southernco.com

PA: The North Meadville Church in northeast Pennsylvania is looking for an evangelist. They are a congregation of about 35. They have an eldership and want to grow the church in their small town. MS: Scoop to Andy Duncan. The Meridian congregation is looking for a full-time pulpit minister. They want a man who is “responsive to congregational needs, and active in the community.” The right man will be expected to preach most Sunday morning and evening services, teach Bible classes and participate in congregational activities. They are served by two elders, four deacons, and a part-time secretary. TN: Matt Higginbotham going to Great Oaks in Memphis as their new youth minister.

AL: The Farley church as hired Dale Pollard as their new preacher.

CA: A congregation in Southern California Area is looking for an evangelist. They are a church of about 105 people. They have one full-time pulpit minister. He takes care of the weekly preaching. They are looking for an evangelist to work Monday through Friday 8-5 in the community every day. Weekends off. They want an energetic man who relates well to young people. They want someone that interacts well with the public and has a good personality. “We do not want the normal church preacher, we want an evangelist.” The support is negotiable. TN: Charlotte Heights has hired Josh Barnett to be their new pulpit minister. Josh moves there from nearby River Road. Darrell Blankenship who has served Charlotte Ave and Charlotte Hfs for a combined 24 years resigned several months ago so the church could pursue a full-time minister.  Darrell is now available to do some short term interim work, fill in, weekend seminars, or meetings within reasonable driving distance of Mount Juliet. MS: Betty Choate let us know that they are looking for someone to help with the work of Voice of Truth. MS: The Waynesboro Church is looking for a preacher. Waynesboro is located about 80 miles north of Mobile. They are a church of 40-50 people. They have a home and a full-time salary. There are no elders or deacons, but the men of the congregation have a cooperative spirit of working together. Those applying for this position should be well rounded in all areas, a leader, and exhibit a desire to help the congregation to grow.
