We need someone who will:

Ø  Reinforce to the youth that “If it is in the Bible it is absolutely true.”

Ø  Train the youth how to study Scriptures effectively.

Ø  Guide the youth in actively applying the Scripture into their own lives.

Ø  Help the youth develop their own faith.

Ø  Give the youth a sound and solid foundation of what they believe.

Ø  Teach the youth so that they will be able to defend the truth and spread the gospel.

Ø  Train them so that they are able to train others.

Ø  Equip them to be:

V  Soul Winners

V  Future Church Leaders

V  Active and Productive Members of the Church

Ø  Encourage positive family relations.

Ø  Help the families to grow closer together.

Ø  Aid parents to bring up the children in the way they should go.

Ø  Strengthen their relationship with God into a very real and tangible relationship.

We are not expecting them to be a babysitter, an entertainment director, or a replacement for a parent.  They will be responsible for training the church leaders of tomorrow, and aiding the true youth ministers, the parents. We are looking for family ministry, not stereotypical youth ministry. Send resumes to questionstonorthside@gmail.com

That’s all the news that’s fit to print. Hope you have a grand week. As always let us know what we missed or overlooked.
